Day 2 Core Breathing Challenge
Side & Back Body Expansion: Diaphragmatic breathing is more than just belly breathing. In this video we learn lateral costal breathing and breathing into the back body. This is the prelude to the 360 degree expansion of our ribcage and diaphragm. When we learn to breathe like this, we mobilise the rib cage and thoracic spine. Once we master this movement each breath mobilises and helps release tension from the upper back shoulders and neck. Amazing for those who sit at a computer for long hours.
